Ostara Blessings, Beautiful People!
The Spring Equinox, Ostara, or as the druids call it, Alban Eilir
is a day of balance and beginnings. On this special day, the night and day are equal in length. From here on forth, until the Summer Solstice on June 21, light will continue to increase as the flowering season brings the promise of bountiful harvest.
I will be candid with you beautiful beings, I am currently going through an exceptionally challenging personal time. I did not know what to write so I chose to be raw and real.
Spring is ideally about joy, excitement and celebrating the fertility and blossoming of life. But on this earthly plane, this can manifest or express itself in many ways. This new season of growth can also hurt, burn and turn us upside down. What else is alchemy but continuous evolution and transformation? We love the idea of change, but the reality of it can sometimes be excruciating.
As I observe my community, I see a lot of upheaval - especially with those who are committed to awakening. And as we find ourselves living in a permanent state of war and little peace, the choices we make for ourselves and those around us matter - as much as ever.
Here is the little wisdom I can share:
To open our hearts to break wide open is the only way to heal. To love our way through a situation is always the answer. LOVE IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER. Forgiveness is often essential and seldom chosen, but let us choose it, for we are all wounded little souls making our way towards the light. To ask questions and support those in need is as essential as doing our prayers and giving offerings to the divine.
This is all I have for today, except to say that you are not alone. I am not alone. We are in this together. There is a community of people, plants, animals and cosmic beings: past, present and future, that are here to support and elevate us.
Spring is here. So let us celebrate the coming of light and turn our focus to the necessary awakening in our lives and the anticipation of new, fulfilling possibilities.
