Kate's Magik Shipping Policy

All Domestic orders over $75 receive FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail

With very few exceptions (i.e. promotions, weekends, holidays) all orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from when they are ordered, including orders to be picked up  locally at the Kate's Magik headquarters in downtown Tucson.  During the checkout process, we list your shipping options and costs, which is dependent on your location and the weight.  Once your order leaves our headquarters, USPS is responsible for ensuring timely delivery to you, and unfortunately the package is no longer in our realm of control. 

We are proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders if Route+ was not purchased.  USPS is responsible for any delivery issues, however, we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package with USPS when necessary.  

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

International orders

International shipping is available, and rates are calculated based on weight. Most International packages will arrive 1-3 weeks from shipping date depending on location.  Kate’s Magik is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA. Nor is Kate’s Magik responsible for any custom charges for international shipments and will not pay any additional duties charged by the destination country.


We believe in the mission and integrity of Kate’s Magik and strive to exemplify that through our products and customer satisfaction.  Due to the nature of our products and for product safety reasons,Kate’s Magik does not accept returns.  We will only replace items that have been damaged.  Should a mistake be made with your order, such as shipping an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation immediately.  We offer 1 ml samples of all of our Bastet Perfumes for $9 and we can send you complimentary samples of most other Kate’s Magik products that you’re wanting to try out before purchasing a full size.  Shipping charges will apply.  

Due to the nature of botanical ingredients used in our essential oil blends and natural perfumes, occasionally a blend will not align with someone’s chemical makeup. Because we only work with 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, the aromatic profile can vary slightly between batches due to the nature of plants, however, quality control is completed by Kate herself for every product before it’s bottled. If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with a product, we will do our best to work it out and an exchange can be discussed.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask for recommendations! No credits or refunds will be made for shipping.
