Disappointed

Hi there. I have been a customer at Kate’s for quite some time. However, I will asked if you still offer a discount to a retailer?
Unfortunately, it’s a disappointment. I sell to a lot of people who work in factories. I ordered a large order for these people because I was running out. I didn’t remember to ask for a discount, if you offer that.
It’s your business and how you run it. However, I have been in Customer Service for 40 years and so I’ll see how your Customer Service runs.
Due to the fact, I don’t even know where you are working out of, etc I must not have gotten the memo about the change of of the location and other things that might be different. Lastly, because I bought other than muscle works, I’m just going to ask you if you would be interested in giving me a discount equal to the discount I would have had for all the muscle works only.

I rub this oil on my body wherever I might have muscle aches or even cramps and it always helps. Plus, I really like the smell!
