Roses love Peppermint Oil

I had a thrips problem on my roses. Someone suggested peppermint oil. I purchased some from Kate’s. I added 5 drops to 1 qt of water in a household spray bottle and sprayed my roses. Three days later, thrips were gone, and my garden smelled lovely. I know it was not intended for this purpose. But it worked for me.
