The Kate's Magik May Membership Box Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kate's Magik and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway begins on May 12, 2026 at 12:00am Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on May 21, 2026 at 11:59pm MST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
There are two ways to enter. A person may be nominated through one or both methods, with each qualifying nomination counting as a separate entry.
During the Entry Period, leave a comment on the official Kate's Magik giveaway post at @katesmagik tagging the person you wish to nominate. You may nominate yourself or a friend. The person tagged in the comment is the entrant.
Each qualifying comment containing one tagged account counts as one (1) entry for the tagged person. Additional comments tagging the same or different individuals in separate comments are permitted, and each counts as one (1) additional entry for the respective tagged person. If the same person is tagged in multiple comments by one or more participants, each qualifying tag counts as a separate entry for that person.
By tagging someone, the nominator confirms that the nominated person is aware of and agrees to this nomination. Tags must reference a real, active Instagram account. Tags of inactive, fake, or spam accounts will be disqualified. No purchase, follow, or post like is required to enter via this method.
If nominated via Instagram, the tagged person is encouraged to follow @katesmagik so that they can receive a direct message notification in the event they are selected as a winner. Following @katesmagik is not a requirement of winning, but failure to do so may delay winner notification.
During the Entry Period, complete the official entry form linked on this page. The form collects information for both the person submitting the nomination and the person being nominated. The nominee is the entrant.
Nominators must confirm at the time of submission that the nominated person is aware of and agrees to the nomination. One (1) entry per form submission. Duplicate submissions nominating the same person will be counted as separate entries.
Automated, robotic, programmatic, or other non-human entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Kate's Magik reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be in violation of these rules.
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Kate's Magik May Membership Box. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $71.99. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other item. No substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable.
The odds of winning are approximately 2 in 10,000, based on an estimated total of 10,000 eligible entries. Actual odds will vary depending on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Two (2) winners will be selected on or around May 22, 2026 by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random draw will be conducted using a verified random number generation tool.
Winners will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. Winners nominated via Instagram will be contacted by Instagram direct message. Winners nominated via Google Form will be contacted by email at the address provided at the time of nomination.
Winners must respond with a valid United States shipping address within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Kate's Magik is not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters, privacy settings, inactive or private Instagram accounts, or other technical issues beyond Sponsor's control.
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate's Magik is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Kate's Magik and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.
Information collected through the Google Form entry method will be used solely to administer this Giveaway, including winner notification and prize delivery. This information will not be added to any marketing database or used for promotional communications. Kate's Magik will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any information participants provide in connection with this Giveaway is provided to Kate's Magik and not to Instagram.
