During the pandemic I started meditating and I use the grounding scent and put in on my wrists and smell it to help me relax while I was meditating. I would smell it for a few hours after too during the day at work to help me remember to breathe and relax.

It’s hard to order something when you’re not sure exactly how it will be when you get it, but I love this ! I already ordered a second one because it was on sale and I don’t want to run out. I wear it every day and it makes me feel grounded and I get lots of compliments on the scent.. It is warm, and I love it!
