All Domestic orders over $75 receive FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail
With very few exceptions (i.e. promotions, weekends, holidays) all orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from when they are ordered, including orders to be picked up locally at the Kate's Magik headquarters in midtown Tucson. During the checkout process, we list your shipping options and costs, which is dependent on your location and the weight. Once your order leaves our headquarters, USPS is responsible for ensuring timely delivery to you, and unfortunately the package is no longer in our realm of control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders. USPS is responsible for any delivery issues, however, we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package with USPS when necessary.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
International shipping is available, and rates are calculated based on weight. Most International packages will arrive 1-3 weeks from shipping date depending on location. Kate’s Magik is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA. Nor is Kate’s Magik responsible for any custom charges for international shipments and will not pay any additional duties charged by the destination country.
All order discrepancies must be made within 14 days of posted delivery date.

Returns, Refunds & Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This includes any product that has been opened. We are happy to offer store credit in most cases.
We will only replace items that have been damaged in transit. If a mistake occurs with your order - such as receiving the wrong product - we will remedy the situation immediately. Please contact us at info@katesmagik.com with any order issues.
Product Variations
Because our products are made with 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils, aromatic profiles may vary slightly between batches due to the natural qualities of plants. Additionally, everyone’s body chemistry is different, so a blend may not always align with your personal preference.
If you are unsure about a product or want help finding a scent that’s right for you, please contact us. While we cannot provide refunds, we are happy to offer guidance, recommend alternatives, store credit or discuss exchanges for items that are still unopened.
