Patchouli Essential Oil has a sacred scent and quality. It is comforting yet stimulating; a grounding aid for creativity and sensuality and a wonderful component in love and passion oils.

It is balancing, grounding and helps with manifestation of earthly matters, such as finalizing deals, making a decision and mastering your own will.
Scent:
Patchouli has a warm, earthy aroma with fresh fruit-like tones.
History/Lore:
During the 18th and 19th century silk traders from China traveling to the Middle East packed their silk  with dried patchouli leaves to prevent moths from laying their eggs on the cloth. Additionally, Indian shawls and Indian ink were identified by the unique patchouli odor.
In several Asian countries, such as Japan and Malaysia, Patchouli is also used as an antidote for venomous snakebites.

Holy Cow! This is like the patchouli you first discovered decades ago when most patchouli was small batch and carefully crafted. it has complex and subtle overtones that other modern patchoulis simply do not have. for the patchouli connoisseur. fall in love with patchouli all over again!

This is truly lovely Patchouli

To me Patchouli has a unique musky earthy smell. This product did not disappoint. The slightly sweet but also slightly spicy undertones were pleasant. My earth workings are done with more confidence when using quality ingrediance.
