Thank you for purchasing products at Kate’s Magik! We create every product with great care using only the finest natural ingredients. We are committed to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases.
Shipping
We ship all orders placed on our website within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS as selected by you. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Returns
If you have any questions about your order or are not satisfied for any reason, we will do the best we can to make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date:
If you are dissatisfied with an item, Please contact us at service@katesmagik.com and we will work with you to resolve any problems or concerns you may have. Should you need to return any item you must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before shipping the product back to Kate’s Magik.
Shipping and return shipping cannot be reimbursed.
Should you change your mind about a purchase and would like to return an unopened, sealed item, we will not charge you a re-stocking fee. You will need to cover the costs of shipping the product back to us. Please include a copy of the original invoice in order to be reimbursed the full product value.
Refunds
We gladly issue a full refund on authorized returns upon receipt of the item(s). Please allow 5 business days to transfer your refund to the credit card that you have used for the initial purchase. (Please note that shipping cost cannot be reimbursed.)
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order that you have placed with Kate’s Magik, you must contact customer support by email (service@katesmagik.com) or phone (520.743.1486).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name,
the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can
request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
