Kate’s Magik Headquarters is located in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. Amongst Saguaro Cacti and Creosote bushes we found the perfect space to summon the energies. Our business is in the historic city core where we are active participants in a revitalization process and counteract urban sprawl. Since conception by Kate and her husband, Kate’s Magik is run as a privately owned, family business. We strive towards a European business model, allowing for real vacations, full benefits and no more then thirty-five hour workweeks for our employees. Although Kate has a strong man by her side, Kate’s Magik is woman owned and run and the majority of our employees are women. Our team is made up of many individualists and creative non-conformists. Together, we form an island in the vast sea of corporate conformity, greed, and boredom where everyone can grow and precious products are lovingly created.
